About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join the Quality Team for a fixed term as Assistant Director - Consumer Partnerships & Experience. This key leadership role is responsible for driving and strengthening consumer partnership across Grampians Health, ensuring the consumer voice is embedded at every level of the organisation, from direct care through to service and system-wide decision making.

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the Grampians Health Consumer Participation Framework and associated consumer engagement programs, feedback systems and co-design initiatives. Working collaboratively with consumers, community representatives, clinicians and leaders, the role will foster meaningful partnerships that influence strategic priorities, service improvement and healthcare outcomes.

Reporting to the Director Quality  and working closely with the Quality Leadership Team, the Assistant Director will provide strategic leadership in consumer experience, and consumer feedback, while leading a dedicated team focused on consumer partnerships and experience. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence organisational culture, strengthen person-centred care and contribute to the delivery of Grampians Health's strategic vision for safe, effective and connected care.
