About the Role
Support the delivery of high‑quality education and training across Grampians Health by ensuring education facilities, resources and systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Nursing & Midwifery Education team, you'll coordinate facility bookings, provide technical support and help create a positive learning experience for staff and learners. This role offers variety, collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to workforce development across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings, scheduling and daily facility operations
- Support education technology, equipment and facility users
- Manage educational resources and learning materials
- Enter and maintain data within learning systems
- Respond to enquiries and provide administrative support
- Maintain accurate records, procedures and filing systems
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Experience in health, education or training environments desirable
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel and related systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy
Experience with learning management systems and online booking platforms is desirable.
