About the Role
Grampians Health-Horsham is calling passionate Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic Speech Pathology team. As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will be clinically responsible for an adult and paediatric caseload. The adult caseload may be across our admitted, community and care community programs and paediatric caseload predominantly in the community and school readiness setting. Within these roles there will be the flexibility and opportunity to tailor the caseload towards clinical interests and needs, along with supporting the development of clinical competency in the areas of VFSS, FEES and Paediatric Feeding.   

 

As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will be a leader in the team with opportunities to lead quality improvement activities, supervise junior team members and students and develop your leadership skills.   \This role is part of our growing Speech Pathology team in Horsham, with a mix of grade 3, 2 and 1 clinicians and the broader Horsham Allied Health MDT Team. You’ll also be supported by our wider Grampians Health Speech Pathology Teams at our Ballarat, Edenhope and Stawell campuses.
