Grampians Health is one of regional Victoria's largest healthcare providers, delivering vital health services across the Grampians region. We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our Information Technology team based in Horsham.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft technologies.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Intune, undertaking application packaging and deployment activities.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint management technologies.
  • Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and device provisioning.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with multiple IT teams.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
